Store terms — submissions and listings
1. Who may submit
Submissions come from identified accounts holding a paid subscription to a Beller coding product. There is no anonymous intake, and a submission is attributed to the account that made it.
2. What you must declare
Every submission declares the license the app ships under. The declaration is stored and published with the listing. A missing, blank, or knowingly false declaration means the app is not listed, and a false declaration is grounds for removal of everything the account has listed.
3. What the review is — and is not
The review is an automated deterministic scan for concrete failure modes (exposed keys, open database rules, broken access control, stub handlers) plus a public verdict. It is not a warranty, not a certification, and not legal advice; it cannot catch everything, and a listing is not a promise that the app is defect-free. What it claims is checkable: the scan evidence behind each listing is resolvable by anyone.
4. Your app is yours; your responsibility is yours
Submitting an app grants the store the right to list it, display the scan evidence, and reference what you declared. You keep ownership of your code. You remain responsible for what your app does, for the rights you hold in it, and for the accuracy of your declaration.
5. Pricing, commission, and payouts
You set your app's price; the store never sets it for you. When a buyer purchases your app, BellerCreatives is the merchant of record: the buyer's payment, receipt, and any refund run through BellerCreatives, and the buyer's statement says BellerCreatives — one surface of trust for the people who buy here. The store retains a 20% commission of each sale; the remaining 80% accrues to you through your Stripe Connect account and pays out on Stripe's standard payout schedule. Refunds and disputes are handled centrally by BellerCreatives; a refunded sale's developer share is clawed back from the pending payout, never billed to you.
6. What gets an app unlisted
A failed re-scan that goes unfixed, a declaration shown to be false, a rights holder's valid takedown (see the DMCA page), or conduct by the submitter that would mislead a buyer. Listing is evidence-based and revocable; nothing here is bought around.
7. The underlying agreement
BellerSI is a BellerCreatives product line. Accounts, billing, support, and the general terms of service live on bellercreatives.com, which governs everything this page does not contradict.
